Do you need access to our systems?
No. The assessment day runs at process level, not system level. System access comes later, only when we implement a specific use case.
Who should join?
Ideally 3–5 people from the areas where AI should land — together with a managing director or IT lead. Fewer works too.
Can we submit use cases in advance?
Yes, happy to receive them. We prioritise them with you. Often we find stronger candidates on the day that you miss in daily work.
What does it cost?
From €2,500 — includes pre-call, assessment day on-site and written report. BAFA subsidises up to 80% of this.
