Before you decide.

What does a workshop cost?

Orientation call: free. AI Enablement Training from €1,200. AI Potential Assessment from €2,500. AI Strategy Workshop from €3,500. We send a concrete quote after the first call — depending on team size and preparation.

Is BAFA funding available?

Yes. We are a BAFA-registered consultancy. Depending on the federal state you're in, 50% (old states) or up to 80% (new states) of the consulting fees are reimbursable. Whether you qualify, we check in the free first call.

How fast can we get a slot?

Orientation calls usually within a week. Workshops we plan 2–4 weeks ahead so we can prepare them properly for your context. Urgent? Reach out directly.

Can we combine multiple formats?

Yes — that's actually the typical path. A company usually starts with the Enablement Training (team upskilling), then runs the Potential Assessment (prioritise use cases), and the Strategy Workshop sets the 30-day roadmap. After that, we move into delivery.

On-site or remote?

Both possible. Workshops tend to work best on-site in NRW or at your company — because your team gathers in one room. Training and the orientation call mostly run remote.
